i am a mission-junkie. it is hard for me to get out of the bed for money or typical incentives. what gets me going is a mission shared with a team of highly motivated, highly aligned people around me.
so i keep seeking that.
optimising for
- smartest of folks to work with
- a good cause with founders who are on a mission
- creating frameworks and ideas that solve world’s problems
- creating tech products to implement these frameworks
- pay: lets talk when everything else aligns

Past work
- Built a tech services company and serviced some top Indian clients for 6 years: Started with a laptop and ended up with a company with 10 employees and some of the biggest clients in India including names like Bharat Benz, Britannia, Zee Group, Crompton Greaves, Media2win, jones Lang Lasalle, HDFC Bank to name a few.
- Built a SaaS product that is still generating revenue without a single employee. An alumni management platform for schools/colleges where we signed up some of the top institutes in Mumbai. Offered a term sheet but I decided to take a break by then
- Embarassing first attempts at media: https://yourstory.com/2013/12/the-alumni-portal
- Relocated to Goa and built Happy Panda Hostel and took it to top-rated award winning hostel within 8 months (#1 on Booking.com and #1 on Tripadvisor). Sold it to Zostel EDP participants who choose to retain the name and not partner with Zostel later on.
- Built ImagiNation Artist Hostel as a non-profit initiative in the next year and again beat all the hostels (including Happy Panda). It is now ranked the best hostel in Goa (probably India, haven’t checked).

- Been a Crypto and Blockchain writer for two years now. Ghost writing about 50 articles / month for various some top publications like The Ecoomic Times, CoinCrunch, BusinessWorld Disrupt and top Crypto exchanges and projects
- Joined a 3 month intensive yoga course and now I am a certified for “Advanced Yoga Teacher Training (900 hours) – Ashtang / Hatha” from the oldest yoga institute in the world
my values
- Positivity: move forward, find solutions, the past is there only as a guiding compass nothing from that matters. play positive-sum games only
- Strength: niceness is not a virtue in itself. requires strength to change the world. everyone can be strong. will to do something will result in a will to be strong. stay away from people who are afraid of strength. surround myself with people who admire strength
- Curiousity: i like being around people who are in the top 0.001% of curious people on the planet. they gobble up new experiences, knowledge and would go to great lengths just to know the answer. i want to find God’s formula. everything is in my syllabus. though i haven’t got to a lot of left-brained stuff, i have it on my list. right-brained stuff, i consider myself in top percentile
- Moulders: i know the world is a very malleable place. sometimes i can change the config in ways that no one thought was possible. this is also because i am deeply uncomfortable with the world as it is. i think we should do a lot better. i like people whose anchor is internal and they do want to shape the world based on their experiences
