Building Monad’s founder ecosystem — the programs, capital and community that get crypto founders from zero to shipped.
- Architected Nitro, Monad’s flagship accelerator — up to $500K per team on day one, up to 15 teams (~$7.5M pool), a 3-month hybrid program ending in Demo Day, with mentors from Paradigm, Electric Capital, Dragonfly and Castle Island.
- First cycle drew 1,000+ applications and 200+ revenue-generating teams, on the thesis that chains have spent a decade incentivising developers, not founders.
