Ten teams, not four hundred. A thesis about which sink you’re attacking. A willingness to look wrong for a year.
pump.fun came out of Alliance DAO’s accelerator and went on to become the largest application revenue engine in crypto. The single most valuable output of any ecosystem program, ever, came from a concentrated, adversarially-selected cohort — not from a hackathon and not from a grants portal.
MegaETH's accelerator (MegaMafia) produced Euphoria, which pioneered "tap trading" and raised $7.5M — the flagship app of that ecosystem. Same pattern: concentration produced the sink-native app that the broad developer programs did not.
What it buys
